| 摘 要： | 通过对工程量清单计价模式下施工项目成本管理中存在的问题进行分析研究,阐述了如何有效的进行施工项目成本管理,包括建立成本预测和成本计划体系、加强施工方案的技术经济比较、落实成本管理等具体措施,实现成本管理目的,提高建筑业企业核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the cost management challenges in construction projects based on Bill-of-Quantity Valuation Model and elaborated how to manage the cost more effectively including system establishment for budgeting and cost management,enhancement of economic comparison among different construction proposals and implementation of cost management measures to fulfill cost management objectives and improve the core competence of construction enterprise. |
