木材无卡轴旋切机变速给进控制系统设计

摘    要:目前主流的木材旋切机容易造成加工木芯剩余过大,为了解决木径小于100 mm的木材加工问题,本文提出了一种无卡轴旋切机变速给进控制系统实现方案.该方案采用驱动辊组合来固定圆木,在此基础上进一步利用变速给进控制数学模型,可以确保加工单板厚度误差小于0.03 mm,大大提高了木材的利用率.该系统在实际应用中取得了良好效果,目前通过了安全性能测试,已经投入使用.

Abstract:Most existing wood incision machines often cause wood wasting.In order to solve the problem of wood processing when the log diameter is less than 100 millimeter,a variable-speed feeding control system theme of the log-core veneer lathe was proposed in this article.This system used the drive-roller to fix the log.Based on this measure,the math model of the variable-speed feeding control was used to ensure error of artifactitious veneer less than 0.03 millimeters,which greatly improved the value in use of the log.The proposed system has been verified with good result and passed the safety performance testing in practical usage.
