摘    要:研究了不同碳、氮源对灰树花菌体干重的影响,从中选择出适于该菌深层发酵的最适碳、氮源,通过正交试验优化了深层发酵培养基;并初步建立了一种胞外粗多糖的快速测定方法

Abstract:Influences on dry weight of mycelum of Grifola frondosa,which were caused by different carbon sources and nitrogen sources,were studied in this paper.The optimal carbon source and nitrogen source were selected;the medium for submerged fermentation was optimized through orthogonal test.A fast assay of crude eatracellular polysaccharides was preliminarily set up through the viscosity experiment.
