| 摘 要： | 研究了皱盖假芝深层液体发酵液多糖提取的工艺条件.用正交试验的方法对皱盖假芝深层液体发酵液粗多糖提取工艺条件进行优化,研究了温度、时间、酸碱条件对其的影响.确定了皱盖假芝深层液体发酵液粗多糖提取的最适条件为:温度80 ℃,盐酸浓度0.3 mol/L,时间2 h.

| Abstract: | The polysaccharide extracting of Submerged culture of Amauroderma rude was studied.And the process of polysaccharide extracting of Amauroderma rude was optimized by orthogonal design based on three factors temperature,time and pH.The optimum polysaccharide extracting condition:temperature 80 ,add HCl to 0.3 mol/L,time 2 h. |
