| 摘 要： | 本文成功地进行了除虫菊的试管繁殖。探索出除虫菊的快速繁殖方法，实验结果表明：在ＭＳ附加２ｍｇ／１ＢＡ及０．１ｍｇ／ＬＮＡＡ中，下胚轴能够很好地诱导芽的产物，幼芽地此培养基中能够极快地增殖。

| Abstract: | Successful tissue culture procedures have been established for repid in vitro multiplication or pyrethrum. The experiment results showed that bud formation and multiplication through hypocotyl culture were cultured on Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium containing 6-benzyl-aminopurine (BA) and a- naphthalene acetic acid(NAA). 1/2 MS medium containing 0.5 mg/ L indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) was good medium of rooting of pyrethrum. Moreover, this paper also deals with the culture of tip meristem (0.5mm shoot tip). The extending growth of tip meristem was induced on MS medium containing 0.2mg / L BA and 0.01 mg / L NAA. |
