| Abstract: | Democracy means one of country systems,and from this point of view,that is a ruling form.Socialist democracy,a prosperous and civilized country and civilization are all our pursuits in the procedure of socialist construction,and from this point of view democracy is the parpose.So that the socialist democracy is the unanimity of ends and means. |
