| 摘 要： | 在校本课程开发过程中，教师面临课程意识缺失、开发能力不强、工作困难多等挑战。迎接这些挑战，可以带来教师观念的转变、能力的增强，自然有必要提高其经济和社会地位。这些可以也应该是教师所期待的。
