可重配置IVR系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对现行IVR系统因环境适应性的缺失而导致的复用度较低、可移植性较差的问题,在系统交互逻辑抽象和放音方式加工的基础上,对其核心处理技术进行了改进,设计并实现了一款可重配置的IVR系统。系统借助配置表和DLL函数存储约束条件、转移规则等多种资源,构建无领域特征的动态内核。实验结果表明,通过程序片路由的配置,系统可较好地实现与环境的无缝结合,应用于特定业务领域。

Abstract:Low reusability and portability in current IVR systems is caused by the lacking environment adaptation.Based on the abstraction of interactive logics and playback modes,kernel processing technology is improved and a reconfigurable IVR system is designed and developed.Various resources such as constraint conditions and transition rules are disposed in configure tables and DLLs.A dynamic inner core without domain feature is created.The experimental results indicate that the system can better achieve the seamless combination with environs via the programming route disposition and be applied in the specific business fields.
