| 摘 要： | 利用特异性培养基对采自宁波地区虾池泥水样品进行富集、分离和纯化，得到了11株紫色非硫细菌（PNSB），依据形态特征观察、活细胞吸收光谱测定及碳源利用等实验，初步鉴定这些光合细菌分属于3个属中的4个种，即红假单胞菌属的沼泽红假单胞菌（Rhodopseudomonas palustris）、红细菌属的荚膜红细菌（Rhodobacter capsulatus）、类球红细菌（Rhodobacter sphaeroides）和红微菌属的万尼氏红微菌（Rhodomicrobium vannielii）． |

| Abstract: | In this paper,we studied the purple non sulfer bacteria,which is the most important group among photosynthetic bacteria(PSB).Eleven strains were isolated from a shrimp pond in Ningbo.They were studied on their cell morphology,colony shape,culture characteristics,and the absorb spectrum of cells.The results showed that the 11 strains belong to 4 species of 3 genus. They are Rhodopseudomonas palustris,Rhodobacter capsulatus,Rhodobacter sphaeroides,and Rhodomicrobium vannielii. |
