摘    要:介绍了以SG-5型聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂为基材,重质CaCO_3和氯化聚乙烯(CPE)进行填充增韧改性的研究。结果表明重质CaCO_3和CPE的质量份数分别为20,8时,填充增韧改性PVC树脂所得硬聚氯乙烯(RPVC)复合材料的无缺口冲击强度达到110.9kJ·m~(-2),比纯RPVC提高了3.5倍多,拉伸强度与纯RPVC相比变化不大,综合性能较好,挤出的RPVC管材的性能达到或超过了QJ/CH 02·03-90标准,且大大降低了成本。

Abstract:The study of type SG-5 polyvinyl-chloride(PVC)as the base material,the weight Ca-CO3 and chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)as the filler and toughened modifier is described. The results show that the modified PVC has an excellent mechanical properties when the weight content of CaCO3 and CPE are 20 and 8 respectively. Its impact strength increases to 110. 9 kj. m-2,it is 3. 5 times more than pure RPVC,the tensile strength is nearly the same as pure RPVC. The mechanical properties of the extruded pipe using modified PVC are in accordance with the standard QJ/CH02-03-90,and the cost de-creases greatly.
