对高校图书馆服务礼仪与服务艺术的思考

The proprieties and the arts of service are important to the overall improvement of the qualities of college library.In order to achieve these goals,we should do as follows:First,the leaders of the library should play a leading role in integrating theory with practice;Second,all librarians need to have interdisciplinary knowledge.In addition,the librarians should do some self-supervision and self-reflection in time.
