采煤工作面通风降温效果的数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了深入研究矿井降温过程中工作面的流场情况及降温效果,运用CFD软件Fluent对U型通风方式下,工作面采掘空间的温度场分布和降温效果进行了模拟研究。结果表明:沿风流进风巷、工作面至回风巷的过程中,矿井风温逐步升高,采用进风巷送冷风距工作面较近降温效果较好;长距离工作面尾部降温效果不明显,在工作面中布置小型空冷器会产生较好的降温效果。

Abstract:In order to study the flow field conditions and the cooling effect during the mining cooling,the face extraction space and cooling effects of temperature distribution were simulated with the use of CFD software Fluent on the U-air mode.The results showed that:along the airflow into the lane,the mine air temperature gradually increased.The small air cooler in the middle of the working face could produce a better cooling effect.
