摘    要:根据食品质量与安全的课程特点,为提高课程的教学质量与教学效果,本文主要从教学内容与教学方法上进行改革和实践,为培养适应时代需求的高素质创新型专业人才提出了相应的解决措施。

Abstract:According to the course characteristics of Food Quality and Safety,this paper presented the reform and practiceof teaching content and teaching method to improve the teaching quality and effects.The corresponding measures wereput forward to cultivate the professional talents with high quality and innovation meeting the requirements of the times.
