贵州凤冈富锌硒茶中锌元素含量的研究

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对遵义凤冈县田坝仙人岭公司尖山脚茶场;田坝茶场;慧家坟茶场;长岗岭茶场等4个茶场的73个茶叶样品中锌元素含量进行了系统测定。测定结果表明茶叶中含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素锌。73个茶样100%达到了我国茶叶的含锌量标准,83%的茶样锌含量达最佳浓度值。测试茶样中锌的最高含量为82.84mg.kg-1,最低含量为25.66mg.kg-1;在27件芽茶中锌的含量范围为55.89~82.84mg.kg-1,平均含量为66.94mg.kg-1;在46件叶茶中锌的含量范围为25.66~51.70mg.kg-1,平均含量为36.61mg.kg-1。在采样的四个茶园中尖山脚茶园无论是叶茶锌含量还是芽茶锌含量都较其他几个茶园的要高,是理想的富锌茶产地。

Abstract:To test the concentration of Zinc in 73 pieces of tea in way of Flame Atom Absorbability Spectrum(FAAS).The experimental result showed that the tea is rich in trace element Zinc.All of 73 pieces of tea had reached Chinese standard of Zinc concentration,and the concentration of Zinc in 83% tea samples had reached the best concentration value.
