| 摘 要： | 本文着重探讨软饮料工艺学课程教学采用项目教学法的必要性,提出项目设计的基本原则和实施办法,并以纯净水的生产线设计作为项目案例进行分析。案例分析结果表明:项目教学法的实施能够培养学生专业课学习的兴趣,激发学生的学习主动性,教学效果良好。

| Abstract: | It was discussed for the necessity of project-based teaching method using in the teaching of soft drink technology.Then the basic principle of the design and the measures for the implementation were put forward.Meanwhile,the project of producing pure water as an example was also analyzed.The results showed that after the project teaching method was put to use,the interest in specialized course and initiative in learning had been enhanced greatly.And that obtained good teaching effect. |
