腋窝副乳腺切除腋窝成形术180例临床观察

目的：探讨腋窝副乳腺切除腋窝成形术更为简便，有效的手段．方法：根据腋窝皮肤纹理及副乳腺的位置来设计切口线及去皮量和分离范围．沿皮下约0．2～0．3cm厚度分离皮瓣，在腋筋膜上切除乳腺组织及脂肪组织，使腋窝呈穹窿状凹陷．皮内缝合．结果：于临床应用180例，手术后遗留瘢痕不明显并隐蔽，腋窝外形美观呈正常解剖形状，取得满意效果．结论：腋窝副乳腺切除腋窝成形术，方法简单，切口设计合理，安全性高，腋窝外形美观，适合腋窝副乳腺手术．

Clinical Observing about Armpit Vice-mammany Gland Resected and armpit shaping Resecting 180 Cases

Objective:To explore the convenient and effective method of armpit vice-mammary gland resected and armpit shaping.Methods:Accoding to armpit epidevmal vein and The position of vce-mammary gland to design notch line and put off skin amount and separating extent.To separate skin flap under skin 0.2-0.3cm deep.and to resect vice-mammanry gland system on armpit fascia anadesma and fat,and make armpit into cove fomix shape.and intradermal suture.Results:From clinical use 180cases.After resecting left scar is it cleatr.and appearance of the armpit is beautifal.It is normal shape.and gain a pleased effects the method used to 180 cases.Conclusion:The method is simple and very safety,designed notch is rational.
