| 摘 要： | 血管生成抑制素是新近发现的一种血管生成抑制因子，摸索了含人血管生成抑制素基因的大肠杆菌E.coli工程菌的培养条件，确定了合适的宿生菌，培养了合适的宿主菌，培养基及培养的pH，发现适当的提高pH，能有效减少代谢副产物乙酸的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The cultural condition of recombinant E.coli(hAGN) was studied.The appropriate host strain,culture media,and pH was determined and found that the inhibition of acetate on gene expression could be decreased by increasing pH. |
