摘    要:采用多传感器同步采集系统实现了铝合金点焊质量监测.通过双因素方差分析优化并确定了铝合金点焊工艺规范.研究发现:位移传感器测量未熔合或未完全熔合焊点位移信号的极差比另外两类焊点低1.0 V左右;点焊电压信号、电极位移信号和电极压力信号包含明显的喷溅特征信息.进而利用统计分析可以实现点焊质量判定与分类.

Abstract:Resistance spot welding quality monitoring of aluminum alloy was realized by multiple-sensor synchronous collection system. RSW process was optimized and confirmed based on two-factor variance analysis. Study conclusion shows that the electrode displacement signal range of the undersize welds is lower about 1.0V than other two kinds of welds. RSW voltage signal, electrode displacement signal and electrode pressure signal contain explicit expulsion characteristic information. At same time, RSW quality judgment and classification can be implemented using statistic analysis.
