| 摘 要： | 文章就高职高专英语教学中出现的问题进行了阐述，目的在于树立以学生为中心的课堂教学新观念，满足不同层次学生的需要，兼顾差异，面向全体。应用分级教学模式对同一年级不同的学生采用不同的教学计划和教学方法，真正做到因材施教，提高课堂教学效果。

| Abstract: | The paper explains problems in English teaching in higher vocational schools, aiming at setting up a new teaching concept centering around the students and satisfying the needs of different students, emphasizing both individuality and entirety. Different teaching plans and methods are used in teaching the students in the same grade according to their English levels to improve the classroom teaching effect. |
