| 摘 要： | 从工程实际出发，分析了黄冈河段堤防工程存在的问题，对加固方案的工程费用及加固后的防洪效益进行了估算，并进行综合经济评价，论证了该加固方案的经济可行性，同时通过敏感性分析，论证了该加固方案的抗风险能力．

| Abstract: | First, this article analyzes the problems existed in the levees. Second, it evaluates the cost and the benefit of the reinforcement project. Then it demonstrates the economic feasibility of the reinforcement project through comprehensive economic evaluation. Last, it makes a sensitivity analysis and shows the ability of the reinforcement scheme against risk of the project. |
