红景天苷合成工艺

摘    要:目的:降低红景天苷的制备成本并且提高红景天苷的产率,研究红景天苷合成的新工艺.方法:本实验以对羟基苯乙醇为原料,通过与糖苷化反应得到红景天苷化合物.结果:经高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测得到的红景天苷单体纯度达到98.5%以上,产率为46.2%.结论:本实验工艺可以制备高纯度红景天苷,主要降低了生产成本,并对于工业化生产高纯度红景天苷提供一定参考作用.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE In order to prepare high purity of salidroside, reduce production cost, in this paper, we studied new method for chemosynthesis of salidroside. METHODS To get salidroside, this experiment with the hydroxy benzene ethanol as raw material by glycosidic reaction. RESULTS By high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) testing, the purity of salidroside is 98.5 %. CONCLUSION The experimental method can prepare high purity rhodiola glucoside and reduce production cost, and provide certain reference for the industrialized production of high purity salidroside.
