| 摘 要： | 针对青年农民工劳动时间过长、工资被恶意拖欠与克扣等法律问题，党和政府部门高度重视青年农民工基本权益保障，但缺乏有效机制。为了依法维护和切实保障青年农民工的合法权益和基本权益，需要构建政府部门、工会组织、非营利组织、城镇社区、新闻媒体和青年农民工等诸多主体共同参与的青年农民工基本权益保障机制，以对青年农民工基本权益保障和城乡社会主义现代化建设事业有所裨益。

| Abstract: | it is attached great importance but lacks an effective mechanism to protect the basic rights of young migrant workers, due to legal issues they encountered such as long time labor, malicious arrears and deductions to their wages. In order to effectively protect their legitimate and basic rights, it needs to establish security mechanisms by government departments, trade unions, non-profit organizations, urban communities, the media, and young worker themselves. It not only benefits the protection of the basic rights of young migrant workers, but also the urban-rural socialist modernization. |
