摘    要:研究了偶氮氯膦Ⅲ-蛋白质体系的共振瑞利散射光谱,考察了体系的光谱特征,适宜的反应条件和主要影响因此,蛋白质在一定的浓度范围内与散射强度呈线性关系,对于不同的蛋白质检出限在8.24-105.0ng.mL^-1之间,考察了共存物质对测定的影响,方法具有良好的选择性,此法用于人血清中蛋白质的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:We investigated the spectra of resonance Rayleigh scatt ering (RRS) for chlorophosphonazo III-protein system, the spectral characteristi cs, the primary effect factors and optimum conditions of the reaction and establ ished the quantitative relationships of the intensity of RRS to the concentrat ion of protein. The calibration graph is linear over the range of 0~3.6 μg*m L-1 , and the detection limit of BSA is 18.5 ng*mL-1. The method has fairly good selectivity with the investigation for the influence of some coexisting sub stances, and can be applied to the determination of protein in human serum and a pleasant result is obtained.
