| 摘 要： | 缬草标本及实验材料,采自贵州梵净山金顶(约2494米高处),经贵州省植物园鉴定为Va eriana officinalis L.。取其根经蒸馏得淡黄色液体总油,含量为2.80％。经分析主要成分有柏木醇等7种。其油在医药上具有镇静,止咳,降压和提高生理机能的作用。同时也是重要的香料物质。

| Abstract: | In order to find the aroma characteritcs of Valeriana officinalis L. The chemical composition of the essential oil of this plant have beew examined. The essential oil was prepared from fresh roots by steam distillation, The plants was colleeted at Fan Jing Shan, The properties of the essential oil were determined. This essential oil was analyaed by Gc-MS on the Finnig-4510 instrument, AS a result (see Table.) 21 compounds were identified, The major componen- ts are Pitch tree alcohol etc,This essential oil having a delicious aroma sh- ows to by suitable for compoundig perfume of cigar and food flarorand cosmetic flavor medicine too. |
