延安地区退化生态系统恢复与重建问题的思考

以退耕还林还草为主要形式的植被恢复与重建是延安地区生态恢复与重建的主要途径。退化生态系统的恢复与重建必须协调经济、生态和社会三方面的效益，这是可持续发展的保证。本文运用恢复生态学理论结合延安地区实际情况对其退化生态系统恢复与重建的现状进行了分析，针对所存在的问题提出了相应的对策，以供实践参考。

Consideration on the Problem of Ecosystem Restoration and Reconstruction in Yanan Region

Ecosystem restoration and reconstruction are the very complicated system engineering. It must be based on the leading of the ecology theories particularly. As the main form of changing the cultivated land into woodland or grassland, the vegetational restoration and reconstruction are the main path of ecosystem restoration and reconstruction in Yanan region. For the assurance of the sustainable development, three benefits of the economic, ecological and social aspects need to be harmonized in the ecosystem restoration and reconstruction. Based on the restoring ecology theories combined with the actual circumstance, the present situation of ecosystem restoration and reconstruction in Yanan region was analyzed in this paper. Aimed at the problem existed, the appropriate measures were put forward as reference for the practice.
