全方位参与和可持续发展的传统村落保护开发

以皖南宏村在村落保护开发中所产生的问题为引,论述传统村落的保护开发应遵循的参与和可持续发展的基本原则及其具体实现办法。在参与性原则方面,提出不仅要重视公众参与,而且也要重视其他主体和学科的参与;而在可持续发展的原则方面,我们提出了以生态可持续发展为条件,以经济的可持续发展为基础,以社会和文化的可持续发展为最终目的的务实而全面的发展理念。

On the Principles of All-Round Participation and Sustainable Development in the Protection and Development of Traditional Villages

Triggered by the problems which have occurred in the conservation and development of Hongchun Village in the south of Anhui Province,the principles of the "participation" and "sustainable development" and how to apply these principles in the protection and deve lopment of the traditional villages are discussed in this paper. By participation, the authors mean that we should attach importance not only to the participation of the public,but also to the participation of other organizations and disciplines. The authors point out two kinds of sustai nable development: the ecology based sustainable development and the economy based sustainable development, both of which aim at achieving social and cultural development.
