| 摘 要： | 随着全纳教育的提出和实践,教师的角色正发生显著变化。全纳教育教师既要面对普通教育需要儿童,还要面对特殊教育需要儿童,这就决定了与以往的教师相比,全纳教育视野下的教师应该有其新的角色,他们应该是：辅助性的技术员、个别教育计划制定者、智慧型的知识转化者、合作学习的促进者、教育资源整合者、儿童受教育权的维护者、心理健康辅导者、终身的学习者和研究者。
