| 摘 要： | 分析了负荷转移对系统平均停电频率和平均停电时间的影响，建立了以提高供电可靠性为决策目标的网络重构数学模型，并导出了相关计算公式，分析表明在故障率和用户数相差较大的两条馈线之间进行负荷转移，可以使配电网的系统的可靠性指标有较大提高，通过实例计算和分析，验证了该算法的有效性。

| Abstract: | The effect of load transfer among feeders on SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) and SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) was analyzed. A mathematical model for reconfiguration of distribution network based on increasing service reliability was formulated. It was demonstrated that the transfer between two feeders with larger difference in fault possibility and the number of customer can improve the reliability of networks. The utility of the model was approved. |
