摘    要:以976 nm光纤输出半导体激光器为抽运源,采用掺镱双包层光纤,对单块非平面环形腔激光器(NPRO)产生的1 064 nm连续单频信号光进行放大. 当入纤抽运光功率49.6 W,信号光功率200 mW时,由10 m长的增益光纤获得了最高功率16.1 W的连续单频激光输出. 采用不同长度的增益光纤进行对比实验,分析了在一定的抽运光功率和信号光功率条件下,光纤长度对放大输出功率的影响. 研究了放大器的输出光谱特性,分析了信号光对光纤中放大自发辐射的抑制情况. 用F-P频谱分析仪对放大前后的频谱进行测量,证实放大器实现了单频放大.

Abstract:Yb-doped double-clad fiber amplifiers of different lengths were pumped by a fiber-coupled diode laser emitting at 976nm.A non-planar ring oscillator was used as the signal source emitting CW single frequency radiation at 1064nm.When the pumping power was 49.6W and the signal power was 200mW,up to 16.1W single-frequency laser was obtained in a 10m-long fiber.The relation between fiber length and output power was analyzed by changing different lengths of fiber as the gain media.The emission spectrum was discussed.Single frequency operation was verified by a Fabry-Perot interferometer.
