摘    要:本文对文献[1]提出的物理模型进行了严格的量子化处理。结果表明,声子模型与完美晶体的空位波量子模型一致,得到了晶体低温比热与单空位浓度的关系。

Abstract:The writer strictly treated the physical model proposed in the reference (1) with quantization method. The results indicate that the phonon-model is consistent with the model of vacancy wave quantum in a perfect crystal. The relationship between specific heat at low temperature and concentration of single vacancy is obtained.
