| 摘 要： | The paper reviewed what the literature has said about learning styles and multiple intelligences. By practicing a personal reflection on learning styles and muldple intelligences, the paper indicated that teachers need make paradigm shift respecting the fact that every student is gifted and can be taught with the same contents, approaches and assessment. Teaching for diversity should be implemented.
