| 摘 要： | 应用齿轮啮合原理推导了点接触双圆弧齿轮的啮合关系和接触方程，采用无约束优化法对接触点进行求解，得到双圆弧齿轮齿面的接触迹线，并对各种误差条件下啮合迹线进行分析，实现了计算机模拟双圆弧齿轮的接触情况。

| Abstract: | The theory of gearing is applied to the relation of two mating gears with point-contact doublecircular arc teeth and their bearing contact equation. By a unconstraint optimal method to obtain the location of contact points,the paths of contact of mating tooth surfaces for various error cases are determined and analysed by the algorithom. Computer simulations of the conditions of gear meshing and bearing contact were successfully conducted. |
