高青稠油出砂油藏固砂解堵工艺技术

摘    要:高青稠油疏松砂岩油藏存在出砂严重和地层严重污染堵塞问题.不同断块地层压力各异,堵塞既有外来流体原因,也有地层本身因素.对出砂井的具体特点,通过室内实验研究,将固砂稳砂拦砂和解堵有机结合,研究开发出固砂解堵一体化技术.该方法在提高井壁及近井筒地层强度的同时,解除地层堵塞.现场应用于8口井,有效率达100%,平均有效期1年以上,取得了显著经济效益.

Abstract:In Gaoqing oilfield development courses,the problem of sand-flowing in large quantities and serious polluted plugging exist.Blocking of porosity caused by fluid from workover,other measures taken and reservoir substances itself.According to reservoir character,solidifying sand,resisting sand and blocking removing are combined reasonably together and solidifying sand combining blocking removing integration technology was developed.This integration technology improved strength of cement and plugging removing effectively.Good results are achieved after using this technology in Gaoqing field,and the advantages and practicability of this technology are proven.
