摘    要:采用模糊故障树分析方法,对C800型连续驱动摩擦焊机液压施力系统故障机理进行定性分析。通过分析故障形式,建立了适合摩擦焊机液压施力系统故障诊断的模糊故障树结构,并进行量化分析,推导出摩擦焊机液压施力系统故障顶事件发生的模糊概率及其隶属函数分布,为摩擦焊机液压系统设计、维护和保养提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Using the fuzzy fault tree analysis method, this paper did the qualitative analysis of hydraulic load system fault mechanism of friction welding machine whose model is C800 of continuous drive. Through the analysis of failure mode, this paper built the fuzzy fault tree structure which is suitable for hydraulic load system fault diagnosis of friction welding machine, and carried on quantitative analysis. The distribution of the membership function and the fuzzy probability value of the top event when the hydraulic system of friction welding machine cannot work was derived. The theoretical foundation was supplied for hydraulic system design and maintenance of friction welding machine.
