需求不确定下的鲁棒供应链网络优化设计

摘    要:建立了一个需求不确定的多产品,多原材料的由供应商-制造商-分销中心-零售商的构成的四级鲁棒供应链网络优化设计模型。模型中的需求不确定性区别于传统意义上的需求的波动,使用情景法描述。优化模型是一个混合整数线性规划模型,设计了基于改进遗传算法的MGAND求解算法。最后给出数值实验证明了模型及算法的有效性。

Abstract:An optimal model is developed for the design of a four-layer robust supply chain network under demand uncertainty comprising multi-products,multi-materials,suppliers,manufacturers,DCs,and retails.In this model,demand uncertainty is different from the traditional fluctuation of demand,and scenario approach is used to handle the demand uncertainty.The model is formulated as a MIP.Modified genetic algorithm for robust supply chain network design(MGAND) is used to solve the problem.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm are demonstrated by a numerical case.
