Abstract: | Currently, there is a lot of disoussion concerning about the salary problem of the senior managers of a business enterprise. How to determine the wage levels has already been the problem which should be urgently worked out. The establishment of the wage levels' standard should not only can attract and retain cote talent, but also be able to be aecepted by public thinking. Based on the considerations above, a reasonable pay system should he set up scientifically. In this paper, a point of view of the mathematical modeling has been taken in reasonable analysis of enterprises' pay system for a rational decision about the salary-level of the senior executives who according to the economic developing regulation should be made. The medel founded in this paper reflects the reasonable distribution of the annual salary. On the other hand, individual contribution degree fully explains the rationality of the model. |
