摘    要:水闸墙体为高温高湿环境下的大体积混凝土工程,防渗、防漏要求高。为避免混凝土开裂。提高墙体抗渗能力,通过实验室模拟温升过程、掺加粉煤灰降低水泥用量和施工中温度监控等一系列措施,确保了混凝土墙体的质量。通过56d的闲水加压试验,墙体未出现渗水现象。

Abstract:The floodgate walls act as concrete projects of big volume subjected to hostile environments, such as high temperature and high dampness and pose a high anti-seeping and anti-leaking demand. As introduced in this paper, the attempt to prevent the concrete from cracking, increase the anti-seeping capability and insure the concrete wall's quality, is made possible by adopting series of measures, such as simulating the process of temperature rising in the laboratory, adding the fly ash to lower the cement, and monitoring and controlling the temperature under construction. The experiment of 56 d shutting the water and adding the pressure shows no occurrence of seeping water in the wall.
