交流变频驱动系统的谐波干扰

摘    要:为了解决交流变频驱动系统在使用中对其它电气线路造成干扰的问题 ,对干扰形成的根本原因进行了探讨 ,分析了典型驱动电路的辐射特性。结果表明变频器换流时产生的高次谐波是驱动系统电磁干扰的主要原因 ,它通过静电耦合、电磁感应、辐射和地线传导等途径对其它控制和测量电路形成干扰。根据电气线路对干扰的敏感程度 ,对电气线路进行分类 ,在具体使用环境中对不同类型的电气线路有选择性的采取屏敝 ,合理接地和加装滤波器等措施 ,可以有效地防治电磁干扰。

Abstract:Basic causes of electromagnetic noises generated by AC inverter driving system were researched and the radiating characters of a typical driving system were analyzed to remedy driving system's disturbance to related electronic circuit. Analysis results showed that harmonic originated by AC inverter's current-changing was the major cause of driving system's electromagnetic disturbance. Through forms of static coupling, electronic inductance, electromagnetic radiating and earthing system transimitting harmonic caused disturbance to other controlling and measuring circuit. According to the degree of circuit's sensibility to disturbance, electronic circuits were classfied. Based on different kind of circuits and it's specific working condition, methods such as screening,properly earthing and fitting of filter were useful remediation to control electromagnetic disturbance.
