| 摘 要： | 从时域中的漫射理论出发，推导获得光在组织中传输的特性参数方程，应用超快时间分辨漫反射法测量的漫反射率曲线Ｒ（ρ，ｔ）可以得到μｓ＇和μａ该方法可望在临床上无损、快速、实时地测量活体组织光学特性，具有广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Based on the time-domain diffusion theory,tissue optical properties (absorption coefficient W and transport scattering coefficient)of biological materials canbe determined by ultra fast time-resolved diffuse refletance.The results indicate that thetechnique can be benefically applied to the noninvasive,rapid in vivo evaluation of theoptical properties of tissues. |
