ZJCADS中知识库设计的基本模式和关键技术

摘    要:本文结合组合机床夹具智能CAD系统(ZJCADS)中知识库设计研究的与实践,讨论了机械设计专家系统中知识库设计的基本模式和关键技术,其中包括设计知识的获取、设计知识的表示方法、知识模式的规范化、规则集合的管理和维护等内容。

Abstract:The knowledge base design is the crux in building an expert system. Based on practical experience gained in the development of a CAD system (ZJCADS) for the modular machine tool fixture, the structure pattern and key techniques of the knowledge base design including the acquisition and representation of the design knowledge, the setting up of the rule base and the maintenance tool for the knowledge base are investigated. The representation methods for the nested conjunctive list, the productive rule and the frame technology as well as their programming to be adopted jointly in ZJCADS for the representation of the fixture design knowledge are discussed. The key techniques for building the rule base, such as the normalization of the design knowledge, the hierarchical model of design states, the extraction of the rules, the principle for the rule classification and the rule management by frame technology, are also discussed in detail.
