引信安全性设计的新发展

摘    要:该文讨论了引信安全性设计方法的变化过程,详细地分析了提高错位式引信安全系统安全性的各种途径。在不可复位和可复位串、并联多道保险系统中,有序时间窗式多道保险系统的安全失效率最低。同时指出,对错位式安全系统无论进行怎样的改进,都无法消除雷管的意外发火事件,只有无起爆药雷管出现之后才解决了此问题。无起爆药雷管也推动了引信安全性设计的新发展,出现了直列式爆炸序列。文中还讨论了高能直列爆炸序列安全系统设计的方法,给出了有关结论。

Abstract:This paper deals with the evolution process of the fuzedesign method of safety and arming system. Several ways are analyzedto ipeprove the safety of the out-of-line S&A system. Among the safetydevices in series or parallel, which can comeback or not, the failureprobability is the least for the time ordered system. No matter how toimprove the safety device,the accident firing event can not be avoidedbecause of the primary explosive detonator. With the introduction ofthe secondary explosive detonator,the accident firing event can be e-liminated,and the method of the safety system design has been devel-oped. Thus the in--line explosive train in presented again. In this paper,the design method for in--line S&A system of high power is discussed,and several conclusions are drawn.
