液力变矩器工作轮叶片的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:本文主要提出了以双纽线形式绘制平面叶型,描述了双纽线的特性、叶片展开图的绘制过程及叶片加厚、内外环流线叶片骨线倾角确定方法。并以FB323型液力变矩器为示例,编制了工作轮叶片设计计算程序和绘图程序,用电子计算机绘出了液力变矩器循环圆形状,内外环流线及中间流线展开图以及正投影图,初步实现了叶片设计方法的系统化、规范化和电算化。

Abstract:A drawing method of plane blade shape using double folium is given. The-characteristics of double folium, the drawing process of blade unfolding picture,the method determining blade thickening and blade boneline inclination of inside and outside circle flow line are describled. Taking FB323 hydrodynamic torque converter for example, working wheel blade designing and computing program and drawing program are programmed. Cycle round shape of hydrodnamic torque converter, unfolding picture and straight projection of inside and outside circle flow line and middle flow line are drawed by computer.Systematizat ion, standardization and computer calculation of blade design method are initially realized.
