| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的规则意识是建构社会主义和谐社会的精神支撑。文章分析了确立社会主义和谐社会规则意识的历史与现实依据;指出社会主义法治精神与伦理精神是构建社会主义和谐社会规则意识的两个基本维度;提出社会主义和谐社会的规则意识应该着重协调与调整不同群体的利益关系,使社会规则的安排有利于不同社会阶层、社会群体平等交往、共同发展,这是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键所在。
