摘    要:针对海洋环境监测和海洋预报工作的实际需求,采用B/S架构设计开发了一套基于Web数据库和动态Web的海洋环境监测数据信息网络发布系统。系统以Oracle为Web数据库平台、以JSP为Web开发技术、以Tomcat为Web发布工具,通过动态Web设计与开发将服务器上的数据信息以通用网页的形式发布到国家海洋局专网上供相关人员浏览使用,从而实现了数据信息的网络共享。Ajax技术和数据库连接池的应用提高了网页的实时响应特性。B/S架构使得授权网络用户只需通过网页浏览器即可访问数据信息。系统现场运行稳定可靠,后期维护、管理与升级方便,综合效益明显,具有较大的推广价值和应用前景。

Abstract:According to the actual requirement of marine environment monitoring and maritime forecasting work, a marine environment monitoring data and information network publishing system based on Web Database and dynamic Web was designed with B/S architecture. Oracle was used as Web database platform, JSP was used as Web development technology, and Tomcat was used as Web publishing tool in the system. By designing & developing dynamic Web, the data & information from the server was published with general Web page and shared in the network. The real-time response characteristic of the Web page was improved significantly by using Ajax technology and database connection pool. The authorized network user could visit data & information only by a Web Browser because of the B/S architecture. The system runs stably and reliably. The later-period maintenance, management and upgrade of the system are convenient. The comprehensive benefit has increased substantially. The application result shows that the system has a great popularization value and application prospect.
