| 摘 要： | 运用系统动力学的方法描述了劳动力与库存之间的关系,建立了劳动力与库存的系统动力学模型,使用Vensim软件对模型进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,劳动力和库存能够影响生产和销售的稳定,销售比生产稳定的原因是劳动力和库存的增加导致产量的可变性增大。在确定生产时,时间较短的情况下,要综合考虑库存和劳动力的影响。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of workfork and inventory on productions and sales.A basic modle of workforce and inventory was build based on system dynamics,and the modle is analyze by Vensim.
