摘    要:文章针对生产系统物料需求环境复杂多变以及生产过程中各种扰动所导致的搬运路径的不确定性问题,研究了物料搬运路径规划的重规划驱动机制以及扰动发生时的重规划策略;建立了包含多需求点、多搬运工具的多目标动态重规划搬运路径模型,以搬运时间、成本最小作为模型的优化目标,在扰动发生及到达重规划周期时间的情况下重新生成搬运路径;结合智能优化算法对该模型实例进行仿真计算,验证该规划方法可以增强搬运系统敏捷性并有效减少物料搬运的成本。

Abstract:In view of the complex and changeable material demand environment of the production system in a factory and the uncertain problem of transporting routes due to various disturbances in the production process,the re-engineering driving mechanism for transporting route planning and the planning strategies when disturbance occurs are researched.A dynamic material transporting route optimization model is set up,which considers several demanders and multifarious conveyances.The model aims at minimizing the transporting cost and time and works out a new transporting route when disturbance occurs or it is time for re-engineering.Simulative calculation of the model is conducted with the intelligent optimization algorithm,and it is proved that the dynamic re-engineering optimization method is able to enhance the agility of the system and reduce the transporting cost effectively.
