钻井液配方的均匀设计法

摘    要:将一种数学处理的新方法———均匀设计法应用于钻井液配方的设计 ,并以塔里木盆地大宛齐地区保护油气层钻井液配方的优化设计为例 ,讨论了该方法的应用程序 ,包括试验次数的确定、对试验数据的分析以及最佳配方的确定过程等 ,通过室内试验对所设计配方的油气层保护效果进行了评价。设计结果表明 ,在基本不影响优选效果的情况下 ,使用该方法进行钻井液配方设计能明显地减少试验次数 ,从而可大大地节省人力、物力 ,与传统的正交设计法相比具有明显的优越性。该方法使用简便 ,易于在生产现场推广应用。

Abstract:In order to determine the program for preparing drilling fluid in an oil or gas well, the even design method, a new mathematical method, is applied to the design of the formulations of drilling fluids. The applying procedures, such as the determination of test times, the analysis of test data and the selection process of the best formulation, are discussed, following the example of the optimal design of the formulations of drilling fluids for controlling formation damage in the Da Wan Qi area of Tarim Basin. The effectiveness of formation damage control is evaluated experimentally. The test times by using even design method could be reduced drastically, so the manpower and material resources could be saved greatly. This method indicates its more advantages than the traditional method. Meanwhile, this method can be conveniently used and spread in oilfield.
