注聚合物站自动控制系统可靠性设计

摘    要:提出了提高注聚合物站自动控制系统可靠运行的方法。主要包括 :选择高可靠性的主控单元 ,选择高性能的一次仪表和执行机构 ,设置完善的故障报警系统 ,提高采集现场各种信号的可靠性 ,提高执行机构执行命令的准确性。应用实践证明 ,这些方法的采用对提高系统的可靠性运行是行之有效的。

Abstract:An automatic control system for injecting polymer station is developed. The methods for improving reliable operation of injecting polymer are proposed. These methods include choosing highly reliable major control block and the first meter and actuator, setting a perfectly obstacle warning system, improving the reliability of various sampling signal on spot and the accuracy to implement command of actuator. The field application proved that these methods are valid to improve the system reliable operation.
