单井分层配汽工程设计

摘    要:针对非均质性稠油油藏 ,建立了二层地质模型。利用该模型研究了单井分层配汽问题。对管流、嘴流、渗流的协调计算及蒸汽流过节流喷嘴的临界流动特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,采用分层配汽工艺可得到合理的注汽剖面 ,实现了单井分层配汽 ,节约了作业费用。对配汽量、注汽速率及喷嘴结构的选择等问题进行了分析 ,并在现场进行了实际应用 ,效果较好。

Abstract:A two layer geological model is established to study the problem of layer steam injection allocation in single well of viscous oil reservoir with heterogeneity layer. Coordination calculation for the flow in pipe, nozzle and reservoir, critical flow characteristics through the throttling jet are studied. Sound injection profile is obtained with the reduced operation cost in single well. The selection principles of steam allocation rate, steam injection rate and the structure of nozzle are discussed. Application of layer steam injection in oilfield shows a good result.
