单锥水力旋流器的迁移率模型

摘    要:根据Bloor和Ingham建立的内流场模型 ,对流体质点的运动轨迹进行了分析 ,从而建立了实用的迁移率与分离效率模型。该模型中不需要用实验数据拟合待定系数 ,在流量、分流比及物性参数发生变化时 ,计算结果均能与Thew的实验数据很好地吻合。由于该模型中并没有对旋流器的结构参数进行任何简化 ,所以可用于预测旋流器结构参数对迁移率的影响

Abstract:Based on the approach of Bloor and Ingham solving the inner flow field of hydrocyclones,the moving locus of fluid particle is analyzed. An computation model is developed for calculating the migration probability of single cone liquid liquid hydrocyclones and separating light dispersions. According to this model, all the integration coefficients will be determined without fitting them to experimental velocity data. The calculated results are in excellent agreement with Thew's data at different flow rates, split ratios or fluid properties. The computational approach in this paper can be reliably used to predict the effects of hydrocyclone's structural parameters on migration probability, as there are no simplifications for structure parameters in this model.
